We’ll need a dynamic person to lead and inspire our Pension and Treasury team to deliver outstanding results whilst promoting best practice. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll get us in even better shape for the financial challenges ahead by reflecting our forward thinking and innovative approach to treasury and pension fund investments.
Your accounting qualification will be supported by a keen understanding of public sector accounting and pension fund management best practice. Treasury management and pension fund investment and governance experience is essential, together with a creative and innovative mindset. You’ll also be a natural leader who can get the very best from all around you. Confident,
credible and politically aware, you’ll be capable of building relationships and driving change at every level both within and outside the Council. This is a chance to be part of a successful, customer-focused organisation.
