My client a council within the South West is looking for an experienced Project Manager to implement Single status pay and grading within their organisation.

The successful individuals duties will be:
To act as an expert lead for the council on Single Status.
To implement the Total Reward Project
Equal Pay, Pay and Grading and Flexible benefits
The successful candidate must have implemented Single Status within a Local Government organisation have an HR Background and a financial experience would be a distinct advantage.
