Anglia Ruskin Health Partnership is a private company limited by guarantee comprising initially five NHS Acute Partnership Trusts, Essex County Council and Anglia Ruskin University. The objective of the ARHP is to sustain and enhance the quality of health and social care by collaboration through innovation, research and education.
You will be responsible for developing the Partnership, implementing its strategic objectives and ensuring its long-term viability. You will work closely with the Anglia Ruskin Postgraduate Medical Institute, itself a partnership of 22 members, and with a range of partners involved in supporting innovation, to ensure the adoption and dissemination of project/research outcomes which contribute to patient benefit and increased efficiency. You will be responsible, through its Chair, to the Board of Directors comprising the Chief Executives of the Partners.
With at least a Masters Degree or equivalent qualification, you will have previous Board-level managerial experience gained in a large complex organisation and a proven track record of developing collaborative working.
A strategic thinker, a successful completer, you will be creative and possess political astuteness and excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
