NHS HR Manager - London - Urgent Requirement
Morgan Hunt, a multi award winning Public Sector Recruitment consultancy are currently looking to source candidates to work as a NHS HR Manager in a temporary assignment which is initially expected to last for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant experience to work at a large NHS site within London. The successful candidate will have:
* Extensive Employee Relations experience including independently handling case work along with strong experience in working with the Trade Unions
* Proven NHS HR background
* Extensive practical experience in applying TUPE to both incoming and outgoing staff and other outsourcing activities.
* To take a lead role in driving forward the Trust's agreed Human Resources agenda
* Contribute to the development and implementation of operational and strategic decisions to achieve objectives contained within the operational Plan.
* To operate as a knowledgeable senior adviser on all HR matters, in particular employment law and effective HR practice
* Providing a point of contact for all employment related queries.
* Coach and develop line managers to fulfil effectively their people management responsibilities.
* Provide effective case management of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management, including advising managers and staff.
* Develop effective relationships both internally and externally, particularly collaborative partnerships with Trade Unions.
* To provide professional leadership and line management to the HR Advisers within the HR Operational team
* To work closely with the other HR Managers to ensure that the operational Human Resources service is consistently of a high quality and is covered at all times of staff absence
