HR Advisor - South West London - Urgent Requirement
Morgan Hunt, a multi award winning Public Sector Recruitment consultancy are currently looking to source candidates to work as a HR Advisor in a temporary assignment which is initially expected to last for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to continue their career as a HR professional.
As this is a Public Sector Client the Hiring Manager has specified that they are looking to see the following proven experience - Housing Associations, Central/ Local Government or Charities. The successful candidate will:
* To provide administrative support to the HR Operational Team, deal with enquiries, organise and diarise meetings for the HR Manager and HR Advisors when appropriate
* Take notes at meetings as and when required, which will include Employee Relations Meetings / Hearings
* Organise, collate and issue papers for various meetings including Employee Relations Meetings / Hearings and Board Meetings
* To update IT systems, e.g. Human Resources Databases including Sickness Absence and Case Management System
* To establish and maintain effective professional working relationships
* To undertake any other duties required by the HR Operational Team that are commensurate with the grade
* CIPD qualified
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good organisation skills and proven ability in prioritising workloads
* Able to concentrate and work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
* Good IT Skills
* Willing to undertake relevant training to keep up to date
